EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Maurizio Manzati, President & CEO of Emintad Group and President of Golden Eagle Capital Advisors.
Before founding GECA, in 2007 Maurizio started-up with Emintad LLC, a financial advisory Group active in cross-border fundraising transactions between Europe, North America, and Asia, where he oversaw growth in private equity and corporate finance services departments and developed many important business connections in Europe, United States and Asia.
His involvement with Unicredit Bank S.p.A. and Banca Carige S.p.A. from 1990 to 2007 made him an expert in Capital Market and Corporate Finance, facilitating and managing the process of Debt and Equity Syndications together with ongoing management of the same on behalf of his clientele.
His nature of strategic thinker and serial entrepreneur, his great experience in financial services and his extensive knowledge in investment banking, allowed him to establish deep and successful relationships with a wide range of participants in the international market including distinguished names, particularly in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
Maurizio provides GECA with its differentiated and uncommon complement of experience in financial services management, combined with strong business astuteness and proven professionally successful long-lasting relationships and connections.
Maurizio currently holds FINRA series 24, 79 and 65 licenses.
He graduated from SDA Bocconi University in Milan, where he received his MBA in Business Administration, and speaks fluently three languages (Italian, English, and French).
Juan Carlos Fierro Managing Director at Golden Eagle Capital Advisor, Multi-culturally diverse and bilingual executive. Juan Carlos Fierro has been in the financial services market for over 20 years, where he has achieved a record of success identifying individual and institutional needs and translating them into effective plans of actions to meet short- and long-term investment goals.
Extremely Analytical, He is an expert in formulating investment strategies, developing and managing asset portfolios and opening of a new facility, researching the market and monitoring their conditions, performing comprehensive analysis of transitions and evaluating risk to ensure compliance, building consensus and driving change in operating and adapting to new environments, changes and issues, embedding performance management methodologies and driving growth expansion and innovation in intensely competitive global markets.
The combining of his strong analytical ability, his business wisdom, his bilingualism: applied in a bilingual financial service market, and his broad market knowledge relationships, gives to Golden Eagle Capital Advisors a genuine competitive advantage in delivery and integrate of the most complex financial efforts, providing a wide range of Financial Solutions.
